Return Policy

We hope you love your purchase! If you need to make a return, please review the guidelines below.

1. In-Store Purchases & In-Store Pickup Orders

Return window: 4 days from purchase.

Refund method: Store credit only.

How to return: Bring your item back to our store within 3 days.

2. Online Orders

Return window: Your return must be received at our store within 6 days of delivery.

How to return: Start your return through our portal.

Return shipping: A shipping label will be generated through the portal. You are responsible for paying the return shipping cost.

Free shipping orders: If your return brings the remaining order total below the minimum required for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit.

Refund method: Refund or store credit.

3. Baby Gifts

Baby gifts may be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date for store credit.

Return Requirements

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

All original tags must be attached.

Proof of purchase is required.

Returns received after the applicable return window will not be accepted.

Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Accessories.

Items on sale 11% or more.

Items returned after the applicable return window.

In-Store Pickup Policy

Pickup orders will be held for 30 days from the date the order is processed. Orders not picked up within 30 days may be donated to charity at our discretion. No refund or store credit will be issued for unclaimed orders.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once placed.

Please note: Because our online inventory is shared with our physical store, an item may sell out in-store before we have a chance to pack your order. We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item is no longer available and will issue a refund for the unavailable item.
