Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy.

REFUND

You have 7 days from when you receive your package to return your order. Please ship it back within 3-5 days so that we can have it back on time to process your return. Please note if using our prepaid label, the label price will be deducted from your refund.

STORE CREDIT

You have up to 14 days to return your items for a store credit.

A STORE CREDIT MAY ONLY BE USED ON FULL PRICED MERCHANDISE. ITEMS PURCHASED USING A STORE CREDIT ARE FINAL SALE. STORE CREDITS EXPIRE 6 MONTHS FROM DATE ISSUED.
Once we receive your return, we will email you with your credit code. Please note if using our prepaid label, the label price will be deducted from your credit amount. 

ALL GIFT ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED FOR A STORE CREDIT ONLY.

You have 14 days from when you receive your gift to return your package. Please ship it back within 7-9 days so we can process your return in a timely manner.

 

EXCLUSIONS ON SALE ITEMS.

All items on sale 30% or more are NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, go to the Return Center and create a return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items above 30% or gift cards.


Exchanges

We do NOT offer exchanges.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know once your refund has been processed. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
